ONLINE SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL REPORT APPLICATION

Follow the instructions below to access this on-line application:

1. New Account Users - NDEP Solid Waste Management Branch will send initial Username and Password to all users.

2. Users with initial username and password - Login with given initial username and password to create an account.

3. Submit Disposal Report - Login with the new username and password user creates to submit disposal report.

4. Save / Print Submittal Report - Remember to save / print the submittal report in PDF format.
